Shipment and Returns
The delivery service of Castors Wheels Outlet actually works very simply: If you have placed and paid the order before 16.00 the order will be shipped the same (working) day.
At the end of the day you will receive a track & trace-email, that allows you to easily follow your order.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT:
Castors Wheels Outlet provide you rights to return the products within 30 days without any reason.
Off course the products needs to be not used and not damaged.
These right are not valid when we have assembled or bought the product especially for the customer.
You will get 100% of the sales price back on your bank account excluding the shipment costs.
The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
How to return products?
Send an e-mail within 30 days to firstname.lastname@example.org and notice:
- Name and order number
- Name and bank account number for the credit payment
- If you would like to return just a part of the order please notice the quantity and product number which you prefer to return.
- Pack the box again carefully and ship it with pack list or a copy of the pack list to the address below.

Exceptions are products which we have especially assembled or bought for the customer.
2 YEARS GUARANTEE:
Castors Wheels Outlet take good care for all the products to ensure good quality. However all our efforts, quality control and so on it can happen that the supplied product won’t be according your expectations.
In this case we kindly ask you to write us an e-mail at email@example.com so that we can solve your problem.
Beside the guarantee set by law we offer extend guarantee for maximum 2 years!
Conditions for extent guarantee
- Maximum 2 years after date of invoice.
- The product have to be bought at us.
- You have rights for free repair or a new product when repair is not possible.
- Your invoice is always needed to claim your guarantee, so save your invoice very well.
Guarantee is not valid for
- Damage due to unprofessional use and wear.
